Responsibilities:
Assure that general clinical equipment modalities meet assigned quality, productivity, teamwork, and customer service goals. Direct the planning, evaluation, selection, and implementation of equipment projects for assigned service lines. Consult with hospital and system executives on quality, service, and stewardship initiatives. Manage service line budgets and finances. Establish policies and procedures that guide and support assigned functions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Three years of operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Certified Clinical Engineer - Must obtain Certified Clinical Engineer (CCE) credential within 5 years of hire.
Desired:
- Three years in a healthcare setting
- Masters Degree in Engineering
- Certified Healthcare Technology Manager
