- As the primary advocate and the first line of support for the customer, you will better understand their concerns, health conditions, and illnesses.
- Educate customers about all aspects of the device and its applications.
- As an outstanding Problem-Solver, you'll have the ability to understand, respond, and resolve customer queries, including but not limited to product demonstration, functioning, and installation.
- Engage in regular testing of the application and fertility monitor; communicate with clients by phone, email, or chat and resolve issues
- Collaboration with Biotech, Hardware, Software, and AI teams to understand what changes are beneficial to all stakeholders
- After troubleshooting, provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, and follow up to ensure full satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date data, collect feedback from customers, and present accurate and timely reports.
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Science or Technology with specialization in Biomedical, Biology, Biochemistry or similar field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi as well as fluency in any regional languages such as Tamil and/or Telugu.
- Knowledge of medical devices and their applications
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and an understanding of computer systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into product use cases or technical specifications
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products or to updates to existing products
- A person who can train users/customers on how to use the product effectively
- Someone who can multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time, and successfully deliver on time.
