You will also be responsible for receiving trouble reports from the Operator's Customer Care Center (or from the Operator's customer directly in some very specific cases), resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Customer Care Center (or to the Operator's customers).

You will be responsible for:
- Manage all incidents reported through the ticketing tool or on customer request.
- Partner with ISPs and third-party vendors to identify issues with client infrastructure equipment.
- Assist onsite engineers in checking and resolving equipment issues, and take prudent decisions to ensure that downtime is as short as possible.
- Document the new resolutions.
- Process new orders received from the customer, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SLA requirements are met.
- Communicating with ISPs around the world about the delivery of orders.
- Managing delivery of the ordered equipment until it is delivered to the installation data center.
- Interacting with ISPs to ensure they have the equipment necessary to install the order, and providing them with vital information to assist them.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables by interacting with CPMs/end-to-end leads
- Activities related to 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies
- Expertise required in Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, and Nortel
- The import and provision of XMLs, as well as the skills required to troubleshoot plans
- Good knowledge of the parameters related to new site integrations and site repairs
- Experience in the Change Management/Request Fulfillment process Knowledge of NetAct and U2000 tools
- Manage relief events to mitigate service level breaches and support add-on sales.
- Develop report formats that include milestones achieved as well as milestone forecasting. Work with functional departments to improve input accuracy as necessary.
- Establish a process for measuring new Service KPIs/SLAs mapped to projects with the CPM and E2E Leads.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports according to agreed guidelines Supervise and respond quickly and optimally to emails, calls, or group messages received from the customer, third-party vendors, or ISPs.
- Ensure that the critical issues are routed to the appropriate responsible party without delay.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions with the Quality team and work on continuous improvement plans. Willing to work in shifts in a 24/7 support team.
