The Digital Campaign Analyst is a member of the APAC regional Marketing team and will be overall responsible for empowering the activation hub team and the local market teams by providing the latest insights and reporting on activation from media, market shared to sales as well as baseline reporting leading to increased performance for the campaign and always-on of all in-hub activities.

You are responsible for:
  • Providing a standardized analytics framework (dashboards, processes, WOW) for data solution driven actions and optimizations throughout markets in the assigned activation hub.
  • Focus on all hub activities (SEA -, Paid Social - Programmatic - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - Lead funnel) supporting IVP campaigns and always-on presence for Health Systems.
  • Providing market teams with in-flight campaign optimization insights based on metrics such as visits, bounce rates, view rates, CTR, customer satisfaction / NPS, MQL, campaign impact, etc.
  • Creating performance reports for the market team to optimize short-term marketing initiatives.
  • Help in determining KPIs and targets, and measuring the impact of these KPIs. Defining an optimization strategy and implementing it on the spot before the next campaign.
  • Driving increased adoption of data-driven decision-making with the Marketing Insights & Analytics function and adopting an agile way of working (Build, Test, Learn) contribute to the campaign optimization process and daily management activities in order to drive campaign performance through continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • University degree (Master degree) and 6 years of related experience.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce in a B2B (Healthcare) environment.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and quantitative analysis.
  • Basic analytical skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tagging, including campaign tracking, on-click tracking, and ecommerce tracking.
  • Working with large amounts of data requires sharp predictive skills.
  • Effective communication skills for providing proposals to senior management and other audiences.
  • Identify alternative scenarios or new possibilities by combining resources and projections.
  • Knowledge of the market, technology, and developments.
