About You

You will create and constantly improve excellent availability ,range management and forecasting at the lowest possible cost.
Synchronise with commercial needs and activities for the best possible goods availability at the lowest total cost. Work with Sales and Supply Support Manager to support the commercial team and work as a communication link between the store and the country Retail Supply Integration department.

  • 1-3 years of experience is an asset preferably in sales, supply chain, logistics.
Key Accountabilities:

Customers
  • Contribute to the fulfillment of customer promises created by Communication & Selling by actively working to secure and maintain the availability of goods through the minimization of non-central shortages and monitoring of central shortages.
  • Support the Sales & Supply Support manager in creating awareness in the commercial team of availability issues and taking action to minimize the impact on customers.
  • Responsible for the quality and timely management of the range, taking into account country range decisions.
  • Outline variations between range frames associated with store classifications, country range agreements, and the actual size of ranges (sales). Work outside the range frame to understand the impact on our customers' availability.
  • Develop awareness within the commercial team about the operational and availability ramifications of exceeding the recommended range size and work with the store manager to identify deviations between the actual store range and the sales range.
  • Providing information regarding missing order and sales space parameters, expected start quantities, and remaining outgoing quantities, as well as supplying availability information, to support the execution of the phasing out and in process, under the direction of the commercial team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the 365-day service level as specified by the agreement by registering the desired order parameters into the system on a timely basis.
  • Among my responsibilities is to support my manager and the commercial team (e.g. Activities) in planning and implementing sales plans. Check parameter setting, ordering, and availability, and act as a coach to ensure the proper use of order methods to ensure availability
  • Provide the shopkeeper and other functions with information regarding range administration and operational supplies through collaboration with Sales & Supply Support manager.
  • Manage the ordering process so that shortages and overstocks are avoided.
  • As part of the inventory management process, support the goods flow manager by analyzing stock discrepancies. Ensure that store stock information is of the highest possible quality and identify weak areas in the commercial team's stock registration routines.
  • To ensure our customers perceive a sustained feeling of availability by providing shopkeepers with relevant availability information
  • Monitor the automatic ordering process and initiate actions in case of disruptions to the order flow that jeopardies availability for the customer.
  • Responsible for stock build up for replenishment solution changes, activities or in preparation for a peak sales period.
  • Maintain high quality asset information as input to the automatic ordering process by controlling the basic logistics procedures, including stock movements and system transactions.

 Commercial:

  • By contributing to turnover by maximizing service levels 365 days a year, as agreed; minimizing non-central shortages, and supporting active sales steering by providing shopkeepers with information on shortages and overstocks.
  • Working as a Service Level expert in the store and supporting the overall understanding of how Service Level is affected by different actions and how it should be maintained throughout daily routines.
  • Working with the sales and supply manager to identify actions that will support the commercial team in improving the stock and range structure (overstock, concrete, outgoing, and activity ranges) to maximize logistics costs in the store.
  • Through enabling range vitality through planning and follow-up of the phasing out and in process, support turnover.
  • Making sure that the operational forecasting in the store is aligned with the order parameters and the sales space parameters in order to maximize goods flow efficiency. Identify any adjustments that need to be made to the shopkeeper with the manager
  • Monitor all store operations, including phasing in and out, overstocks, concrete, and non-central shortages, for the commercial team and management
