Job Description:
Ecolab is seeking Technical Engineers to join its industry leading and pioneering System Assurance Centre (SAC). You will primarily be responsible for performing audits and troubleshooting cooling water, boiler, membrane and DAF systems.

The following are your responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of the cooling water, boiler, membrane, and DAF systems.
- Troubleshoot upsets using data from Ecolab's proprietary control units.
- Analyze water chemistry, system-specific data, as well as electrical and mechanical components.
- Report audit results and troubleshooting solutions to Ecolab sales/service representatives (who will act on your recommendations).
- Increasing system efficiency and optimizing performance
- Analyze problems related to 3D TRASAR technology and its accessories, and provide solutions to site sales and service engineers managing 3DTRASAR systems across the region by phone and email.
- Support sales reps and equipment support teams with 3D TRASAR & Automation equipment on-site and off-site.
- Execute 3DTRASAR platform continuous improvement projects to improve value delivery or internal efficiency of operating 3DTRASAR systems.
- Provide support for IoT digital & automation platforms & software.
- Prepare performance reports for individual accounts, markets, and regions

- Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering bachelor's degree.
- Minimum percentage criteria is 60%.
- 2 to 3 years experience in the water industry/equipment/technical support or service.
- Experience with Water treatment, technical sales, or technical support will be an advantage
- Capable of handling equipment, Digital platform tools and Internet-based applications, and enjoys solving technical problems.
- Excel and basic Microsoft tools.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Arabic is an add-on
