Job Description:
About You
You will To lead and support learning programmes and development strategies for the business through effectivecoordination with the Country Training Manager and HR Business Partners. Focus on the development and
maintenance of the IKEA training plan and individual development plans to secure business competency

Degree/HND (Diploma)
•3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
People Management & Development
Ensure the team members are competent and motivated. Training and Development are managed and developed by the JH.

Degree/HND (Diploma)
•3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Programmes of training
- All orientation programs for new coworkers and HR-specific updates are handled by the JH.
- Ensure that learning and development is taking place in the store by being proactive.
- Maintain knowledge of current training initiatives and trends through external networking (Inter-IKEA Systems B.V) as well as the Al-Futtaim Training Centre. Train, develop, coach and mentor all co-workers in accordance with the IKEA culture.
People Management & Development
Ensure the team members are competent and motivated. Training and Development are managed and developed by the JH.
Development of talent
- The JH is responsible for supporting and coordinating all management and coworker development plans.
- Providing support to line managers in executing succession planning for identified candidates
- Provide training to the store team in a localised manner.
Management
- A JH is responsible for maintaining all administrative records related to employee training (Training Matrix) and will be in charge of all administration related to training for the store.
- Assist with the enrolment process for all IKEA Business College courses.
