Your responsibilities

• Review red mark-up drawings submitted by the contractor(s).
• Send back any comments to the contractor(s) and ask that they update and resubmit.
• If they meet the requirements, send them to the draftsman for conversion to as built.
• Provide drawings, through document controller, for customer review and approval.
• Verify with the customer that the order has been approved.
• Updating as-built drawings should be done on a regular basis.
• Make sure you stick to the schedule that was provided by your manager.
