- In order to implement the Bayer Radiology (devices) and Service initiatives
- In order to achieve the goals and objectives set by Bayer Radiology (devices) and Service
- Support the activation of strategies, assist in organizing service, and support the product registration processes in India (This may vary according to the location).
- Ensure that OEMs and customers in India receive effective technical, operational, service and product training (based on location)
- Communicate effectively with Bayer Radiology's regional offices, countries and OEMs
- Assist with resolving problems, updating and upgrading clients
- Be the main contact for any technical services issues at Bayer Radiology offices
- To evaluate products, launch new products, and register new products
- To assist in the management of distribution
- In order to update, upgrade, and certify their skills, they should attend company-sponsored training sessions
- An electronic engineering degree or a biomedical engineering degree
- Managing the customer service of third-party distributors with at least 2-3 years' experience in the medical device industry
- Excellent communication skills; ability to resolve conflict and ambiguity; customer focus
- Focus on achievement of goals and ability to work cross-functionally
