- To work with our expert Global Online Center team of 8 employees around the world, we are looking for a dedicated (Full-time) Online Engineer for BioProcess systems. Is remote service your passion? If so, please get in touch with us.
- Assume responsibility for assigned OLC cases, prioritize, and follow up with FEs to Customer Care Centers. Remotely support clients across the globe, analyze incoming technical issues, and prioritize jobs. Should be able to diagnose a complete failure and order the correct part in parallel with the FSE assignment.
- Responsible for driving the global OLC process, measuring, tracking, and delivering KPIs resulting in overall success for the team. Update and maintain the knowledge management database and contribute to the Service knowledgebase. Ensure the team is always aware of the status of all issues associated with their designated customers; manage customer complaints from dispatch or identification to resolution.
- To remain current in your knowledge, continue to work closely with global engineers and field engineers.
- Ensure proactive communication with field teams, Service Operations teams, as well as other support functions. We define the training needs through effective communications, IB analysis, and the use of field networks in order to organize and control training.
- Establish action plans to improve service productivity and customer satisfaction by analyzing remote and proactive job results. Work closely with regional teams to analyze results and examine opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Assess opportunities for improving the overall service delivery process, remote tools, and support.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in the BioPharma industry.
- 6+ years of engineering experience and expert level knowledge of the repair and maintenance of BioProcess systems, Unicorn Software networking and advanced IT skills. Demonstrated ability to handle/resolve difficult technical issues remotely. Experience supporting Site Care, Fast Response or Flex Factory customers meeting tight SLAs would be a plus.
- Strong customer-service skills, Highly motivated team-player, prior project or technical leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to train/mentor peers, ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and coach people through solving problems, strong written and verbal communications skills that can effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and other AR/VR digital remote tools.
- Ability to drive improvements in efficiency, knowledge/experience with the healthcare Biopharma industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent computer skills and networking ability.
