• Mr. Engr. Must have two to seven years' experience in high-end sophisticated analytical instrumentation, control instrumentation or the medical electronics field.
• It will be advantageous to hire candidates with experience in fixing up to component levels.
• Keeping customers satisfied and growing the revenue of Customer Support
• The preference may be given to candidates with experience in CNA, CBA, or PFTNA.
• It will be advantageous for you if you have experience with XRF and XRD

Key Result Areas:

• The incumbent will provide service support to PAN systems (XRD, XRF, Cross Belt Analyzers) which will cover the following customer support activity: Installation and calibration of systems:
• Provide corrective and preventive maintenance as per norms.
• Achieve revenue targets by managing maintenance contracts and selling spares and accessories.
• Maintain high uptime in accordance with customer contracts.
• Insure that the AMC, Spares, and Accessories accounts receivables are collected on time.
• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. ​​

Basic Requirements of the job:

• Graduation /Diploma in Electronics / Communication / Instrumentation.
• Technically good in Electronics and practical fault finding in electronic CKTS.
• Communication skills both in writing and orally are excellent.
• Positive attitude and customer-centricity Willing to travel extensively throughout India.

Desirable qualities:

• An excellent communicator.
• Knowing regional languages is a plus. Proficiency in English is required.
• Communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Communication media should have excellent customer interaction qualities.
• Interpretation of data and basic analytical skills.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
