Job Description Summary
Our Field Service Engineers perform preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting on the life-changing medical equipment. In this role, you'll travel on the road to see our customers in person. As you resolve issues and provide excellent service, you will ensure our customers are satisfied. The work is crucial. You will be able to provide the best care possible to patients with your expertise.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair system-level, as well as calibrate and maintain test equipment, tools, and tools software
- Ensure timely follow-up of equipment issues with doctors and technicians
- To grow our business, you should identify and share new sales opportunities with your account team
- Inspect FMIs and PMS inspections for your accounts, and take charge of warranty and maintenance contract cost control
- Contribute to the development of complex and multifunctional systems while providing support to other Field Engineers.
Requirements:
- A diploma, Master’s degree in Electronics, Electro-mechanics or Biomedical Engineering Technology
- 3+ years' experience as a Field Service Engineer working with technically complex equipment
- Good technical skills and a systematic and thorough approach to problem-solving
- Ability to plan and organize your work effectively and work without much direction.
- You are tactful and effective at dealing with differences of opinion, and you influence rather than command
- Knowledge of safety; valid admission certificate.
