GoSilico's simulation software is the newest addition to the Cytiva family. It is used to create digital twins for downstream processing. Cytiva has bolstered its digital capabilities in bioprocessing through its collaboration with GoSilico's. What you’ll do
- Install, maintain, and repair our standard and customized research and process systems
- Performance of Cytiva's qualification and requalification processes in GMP environments
- Installing Cytiva's equipment into the customer's network and connecting it to the Internet
- Stock management for field engineers, including regular inventories
- Scheduling service visits in advance with the support of the customer care team
- In terms of customer satisfaction, establish and maintain relationships that are fruitful & fruitful
- Creating best in class experiences for our customers through close collaboration with our commercial colleagues
- Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, biomedical engineering or mechatronics or an adjacent field
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Technical and analytical skills, problem-solving mindset
- Traveling on a regular basis, with no restrictions. A regular overnight stay
- Driving license in good standing
- Individual who is open-minded, can work in a matrix organization on an international level
- Communication skills, team player
- Knowledge of Chromatography techniques will be a plus
