Eligibility:
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks in Diploma Engineering for General candidates.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Diploma Engineering for SC/ST candidates.
- General Candidates: Born on or after September 1st, 1991, and before September 1st, 2005.
- SC/ST Candidates: Born on or after September 1st, 1988, and before September 1st, 2005.
- Selected candidates will be provisionally placed with a starting Basic Salary of Rs. 17,530/- per month, with a CTC of Rs. 5.6 LPA, in the TSK D1 grade.
- Additional emoluments and benefits will follow Company rules, with candidates possessing four or more years of relevant experience receiving further compensation as per norms.
- Eligible candidates will undergo a Written Test and Interview process, with each stage serving as an elimination stage.
- Those currently employed with a Tata Group Company/Subsidiary/Associate Company must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer before being considered for employment at Tata Steel.
- Medical fitness and background verification, following Company standards, are mandatory before appointment.
- No reimbursement will be provided to candidates in this process.
- Any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified from further consideration. Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Preference will be given to Odisha Domicile candidates.
