Job Family Descriptor:

• This role is focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives aimed at enhancing operational productivity and efficiency. 
• Key responsibilities include automating manual tasks, managing live order dashboards, ensuring compliance in order management, and implementing automated solutions for service operation functions, among other tasks. 
• Additionally, you will be involved in various automation processes such as E2E automated bandwidth activation, robotic process automations for order entry, and more. 
• This role also involves setting up a central RPA practice and providing leadership to the RPA team within the Digital Technology organization.

Broad Outline of the Role:

• In this role, you will work closely with RPA leads in various functions to define engagement models, execute work scope, manage demand, and provide production support. 
• You will own and coordinate the creation of the Digital RPA strategy, oversee technical architecture standards, and establish a cohesive team structure between the RPA technical team and functional teams.
• Your responsibilities also include standardizing intelligent automation assessment processes, creating a governance framework, collaborating with infrastructure and security teams, and managing the RPA budget.

Purpose - Broad Objective of the Role:

• Your main objective is to collaborate with RPA functional leads to establish a governance framework for end-to-end RPA implementation and support. 
• This framework should cover engagement models, process documentation, standards, release management, and more. 
• You will work on infrastructure scaling in the cloud, define security standards for robots, and serve as an intelligent automation leader and educator within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with RPA functional leads to create a governance framework based on agile methodology.
• Work with infrastructure and security teams to scale infrastructure in the cloud.
• Define security standards for robots and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Act as an automation leader, facilitating education for business partners and the Digital organization.
• Develop a training strategy for RPA technical team members and functional analysts.
• Manage vendor engagements for RPA expertise and budget.
