Key Requirements:

• 3+ years working as Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master by SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org
• Experience in a software product development group
• Proven mentoring and coaching skills
• Great facilitation skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and methods
• Knowledge of modern software development practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of SAFe
• Fluent in English

Required:

• 3+ years working as Scrum Master
