- Write code, creating industry leading tools for a variety of applications
- Create solutions to complex problems through code
- Perform peer code review.
- Responsible for code developed by the team meeting organizational standards.
- Assess strategies and identify project improvements that affect efficiency, speed, and quality
- Research, design, build and maintain repositories of tools
- Document new and existing: designs, process, methods, and tools
- Lead and participate in peer code reviews
- Mentor competency and proficiency in entry level developers
- Manage DevOps tools and services
- Foster new cross-team synergies
- This position can be located in either Bellevue, WA; Denver, CO; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; or Reston, VA
- A holistic view of Software Architecture
- Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science related field with 5 years of experience; Master degree preferred
- 5 years of experience writing code to solve problems – prefer experience in Java, C, C++, Kotlin and/or Go
- DevOps experience a plus
- Full stack development experience a plus
- Strong desire to grow your skills and skills of others
- Welcome change and complexity through quick learning and rapid adaptation. We are looking for folks to lead the charge, not just keep up with it
- Wisely manage time across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines and be accountable for work
- Pro-active and creative in identifying business challenges and matching with innovative solutions

- Must be able to read and write effectively at a business-professional level
- Practical experience deploying and promoting new toolsets, standardized processes and change management strategies
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
