Org Overview: IT Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the organization that builds AI solutions and platforms to solve high value business problems across the company. The organization is comprised of highly specialized AI research scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and AI Product Managers, spread across Israel, US, India and Costa Rica. We build and offer a wide range of AI based solutions to help solve Intel's most critical problems: Improve Intel's products power and performance, improve products' quality, Increase Intel's revenue through Sales operation optimizations; Improve our pricing and forecasting, improve manufacturing yield; and reduce products' operating costs. In addition, we offer self-service AI platforms to cater for the growing demand for AI across the company.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an outstanding Machine Learning Engineer that will help our team continue to grow and bring high value to Intel. At this role you will utilize a vast range of technologies to create and productize AI and ML solutions/ This includes technologies such as Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, Seldon, Python, and more. You will be accountable to collect, clean, and organize data for ML models at scale, build appropriate inference interfaces for ML models consumption and enable MLOps for continuous delivery and automation of ML pipelines. Your work will include complete programming, testing, debugging, documentation and/or deployment of the solution/products. You will work alongside a team of other MLEs and Data Scientists to explore, develop and scale AI based solutions, providing value-added and increasing Intel's competitive advantage in this domain. You will be a part of the large global MLE community and will have access to state-of-the-art training, tools and methods of the domain.
Qualifications:
- Graduates/master's in computer science or Machine Learning/Data Science - a great advantage.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Big data technologies, Software Development (Python), Software Design and agile engineering practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Hadoop Spark and other relevant technologies is an advantage
- Good knowledge of ML and AI techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively
- Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
This Business Group consists of
Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the company's information technology architecture, hardware and software applications. These include LANs, WANs, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. The IT department is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting, and providing Web content and services.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
