The Position
The Opportunity:
Plans and guides the analysis of complex business problems for the purpose of using automated systems in order to solve them. Identify, evaluate and develop cost-effective, user-required systems and procedures with the assistance of technical experts. Establishes system settings and options; performs unit integration and acceptance testing; and develops system specifications to meet business requirements. Determining system specifications and parameters for operating system compatibility. Creating details for automated systems. Consulting users on automated systems. Working with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
Job Facts:
- Data maintenance, reporting, and creation related to customer information across ERP & CRM solutions.
- Respond effectively to routine data problems and inquiries from users within the organization.
- Execute data processes in accordance with process and data standards. If data quality concerns are present, investigate and take the appropriate corrective action.
- Partners with sales, service and stakeholder teams to provide data and information that drives CRM utilization and compliance.
- Understands and consults with sales team on account structure, required views and territory structure within the CRM system.
- Manages territory queue and works with peers on any requested changes that impact sales quotas.
- Proactively shares knowledge and disseminates information on CRM and ERP processes and data to team members.
- Embraces and drives data quality and data governance including but not limited to account consolidations, account deactivations, and other data driven initiatives.
- Adheres to all standard processes defined within role, team, and department. Embraces Agile methodologies and tools including but not limited to PDCAs, documentation management, and visual management.
- Demonstrates a high level of adaptability by accepting change quickly and driving it forward in a positive way.
- Establishes strong collaborative relationships with peers, including timely feedback and communication to achieve alignment
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- 4 years of analytical experience
- Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience
Preferred Requirements:
- SQL and Alteryx experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of business administration and processes, including effects and impacts on business performance
- Computer skills including advanced use of MS Excel
- Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing are excellent
- Experience with ERP and CRM.
- Track record of delivering and working effectively in a matrix organization across geographies and divisions.
- Demonstrates mastery of at least one major business process (Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, etc.).
