• Developing intended use statements and product claims for products.
• Drive collaboration between Research & Development, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Siemens Healthineers Laboratory Diagnostics will contribute to clinical diagnostics excellence.
• Assess the clinical relevance of products and/or potential for claim extensions by reviewing and evaluating clinical research results published in scientific literature.
• Assess the feasibility of potential product uses through preliminary clinical research.
• Develop protocols for clinical studies conducted by core teams.
• Provide general support to core teams regarding clinical utility and scientific validity of biomarkers throughout the PDP process.

Qualification & Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline plus 4+ years of relevant experience OR an MS plus 2+ years of relevant experience OR a PhD
• The highest level of integrity; high energy; driven; collaborative.
• A strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills is required.
• Working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams is essential.
• Requires strong problem-solving, trouble-shooting, and technical writing skills.
• Exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing, both in person and virtually.
