What You'll Do
- To diagnose any/all malfunctions or faults in the central and satellite kitchens.
- All outlets maintain their equipment on a regular basis.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Quick response for maintenance requests.
- Perform visual checks and equipment audits in the outlets to report findings and follow up for completion of the findings.
- Follow helpdesk response times and complete tasks that ensure uninterrupted operation of outlets.
- Workmanship of external contractors should be checked and reported.
- Other duties as requested by the Line Manager
What We Look For
- Motivated self-starter who is able to identify issues and deliver solutions in support of the Facility Team's administrative requirements.
- A technical qualification and/or experience in kitchen equipment, MEP, or food and beverage maintenance
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changeable priorities.
- This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong personality capable of working independently within a team.
- Alignment with Kitopi's six core values.
