Craft Worldwide currently employs over 500 full-time employees operating in 25 markets with specialty in global broadcast/video production, print production, digital production and global translation. Your Role:
The Senior Editor is responsible for crafting creative stories with strong artistic and technical skills. This highly experienced Creative Editor can edit diverse styles including commercial spots, brand videos, animatic, web content, narrative, historical, motivational, documentary and training videos.
Your Responsibilities:
- Adds valuable creative input to all projects and throughout the post-production process
- Create visually compelling creative stories under tight deadlines in collaboration with the creative team
- Work independently and in collaboration with project teams to achieve the best possible results
- Ensure you follow client brand guidelines when creating new campaigns and when adhering to client brand guidelines
- Transform footage and narrative scripts into powerful visual stories and highly kinetic pieces for screens of all sizes
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to estimate required post-production time, work under tight deadlines, and have excellent communication skills
- Execute compression and scratch track audio recording as needed
- Improve working knowledge of other related post-production software
- Ensures that all work meets the highest quality standards
- Builds a positive team environment and establishes credibility internally and externally
- Demonstrates ability to set priorities when handling multiple projects
- Continually explores cutting-edge, current, and unique edits and applies them to projects
Required Skills:
- Experience editing and creating motion graphics for over five years
- Expertise in Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop and Illustrator skills that complement editing and motion graphics.
- Experience working with well-known brands in a post-production studio or production house
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Effective independent problem solving
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to lead the team with a technology-forward mindset
