Job Description

A working knowledge of Service Now administrator tasks such as managing users, setting up import sets, and designing forms. Experience with latest SNOW version would be an advantage Knowledge of Java scripts would be advantageous. Should be open to learn and work in shifts as per project need.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high login efficiency (availability) for customers
  • To resolve tickets within agreed SLAs of ticket volume and response time
  • To adhere to quality standards (voice, accent, Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Ensure positive customer experiences and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time (AHT), rejected or reopened cases
  • To update work logs, follow shifter escalation procedures, and ensure process compliance
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and self development
