Position Summary
  • Ensure execution of MEASA Joint Business Plans (JBP) in all regional accounts assigned. 
  • Promote business development within designated accounts. You will have international experience working with global customers and a global Nestlé business based in Switzerland. 
  • Our global team has members located in over 10 countries, including our HQ in Switzerland
A day in the life of...
  • Analyze key account data and identify gaps and opportunities for KAM
  • Visiting the Top 50 airports (ensuring JBP execution) and non-top 50 reference airports (as needed) on a quarterly basis
  • Recruiting, managing, and training Brand Ambassadors
  • Managing support customers and new accounts, creating and executing promotional plans, and entering data for MBPC
  • Implementation of planograms across all key accounts and tracking of results
  • Accounting for trade expenses (PO's) and trade allowances
  • Promotional evaluation for 80% of spend across all accounts
  • Ensure execution of agreed visibility programmes.
What will make you successful
  • Over five years of strong and broad field sales experience with a focus on customer management/account management
  • Planning and execution of commercial accounts (forecasting)
  • Result-oriented and proven track record of delivering results
  • Developed an understanding of store execution best practices
  • Solid finance skills and ability to manage trade spend
  • Extensive experience supervising store BA teams through well developed interpersonal skills
  • Availability to travel within the region +/- 40% of the time
