Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, providing vital technical support for our teaching and research activities. You will be supporting students studying on our Mechanical, Biomedical, and Design Engineering programmes and supporting research activity across the School. In recent years, the college has reorganized its technical services and invested heavily in upgrading its facilities. Ideally, you will have a strong customer focus and be able to work well with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience using electronics CAD packages (KiCAD, Proteus, etc. ), using microcontroller platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc. ), building electronic and electrical test rigs, and soldering SMDs are also required.
