Job Description:
This position is a part of the Voice and Video unit under ITSGC. Video conferencing, monitoring, and meeting the quality standards of the WBG are the responsibilities of the incumbent. Work is done using Cisco telepresence, Webex, Polycom, etc. Essential Job Functions: # Support and help clients to reserve video conferences and TelePresence sessions and WebEx # Guide users on how to book, manage, and operate WebEx sessions # Provide client support on the phone, for walk-ins, on video, and on site # Schedule, manage, monitor, and control video conferences with Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) # Operate high level video conferences and TelePresence session s remotely and on site # Help users to connect mobile devices to video conferences and WebEx # Train users, peers, and new colleagues # Install equipment and maintain audiovisual conference rooms # Coordinate AV room-integration tasks and persistently follow-up to meet deadlines # Maintain accurate lists of infrastructure, user requests, feedback, and inventory # Conduct interoperability tests between Voice, Video, and TelePresence endpoints .
