Tesla is currently seeking a qualified Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for its Supercomputing group. The Role
As the Operations Specialist on the Sales and Delivery team, you will keep our sales and deliveries running with high speed and efficiency. You will be responsible for the behind the scenes activities that support vehicle sales and deliveries in your market across both new and used cars.
Responsibilities
Providing support for all internal sales and delivery processes on an as-needed basis for new and used cars, including:
- Ordering operations
- Operations related to delivery
- Transfer of ownership and registration of vehicles
- Management of fleets
- Refurbishing vehicles
- Financial processes, such as finance applications or document collection
- Orders for purchases
- Collectibles
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Procedures for resolving customer issues internally
- Correspondence management, both internal and external
- Exchange
- Organize and manage day-to-day operations, while recommending and driving process improvements
- Make sure all internal processes are compliant and report any potential irregularities
- Search for ways to optimize, reduce, or eliminate unnecessary tasks
- Foster and maintain a relationship with the local sales and delivery teams
- Adopt a flexible approach to supporting the business's different needs regarding the sale and delivery of new vehicles on an as-needed basis
- Provide support with escalation when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and operations readiness
- Review pricing and manage inventory brochures to ensure the correct vehicle assortment is available in each market
- Testing and checking of vehicle listings and escalating any issues relating to pricing or presentation
Requirements:
- Experience in administration and automotive preferred
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and achieve common goals
- Exceptional problem solving skills, and the ability to take initiative and be proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Positivity, enthusiasm, and a passion for Tesla's mission.
- Capable of learning and adapting to multiple technologies.
- Communicates, reads, and writes effectively in English at all levels
- If our local markets require it, have the required language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license
