You are responsible for:
- Scrum team and project management experience
- Own project delivery, deliverables with quality, execution/monitoring of projects with cross-functional teams
- Work with resource managers to ensure resource commitments are made and to hold the team accountable for quality and timely delivery
- Contributes to project planning by defining and estimating breakdowns, and defining tasks
- Developing and recommending innovative yet proven and demonstrated approaches to achieving project and technical goals
- Experience implementing software engineering best practices.
- The project team will be guided and coached in technology as and when needed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Experience working in software development organizations for more than 8 years
- Experience as a Scrum Master for at least two years on a software development team that followed Scrum principles, practices, and theories
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on actions and deliverables
- Capable of providing solutions that encourage team ownership
- Know enough about the technical architecture to facilitate discussions, communicate decisions, and identify impediments
Personal Characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Multitasking skills; detail-oriented
- Self-starter, quick learner, and able to work with minimal supervision
- A great collaborator
