You are responsible for:
  • Scrum team and project management experience
  • Own project delivery, deliverables with quality, execution/monitoring of projects with cross-functional teams
  • Work with resource managers to ensure resource commitments are made and to hold the team accountable for quality and timely delivery
  • Contributes to project planning by defining and estimating breakdowns, and defining tasks
  • Developing and recommending innovative yet proven and demonstrated approaches to achieving project and technical goals
  • Experience implementing software engineering best practices.
  • The project team will be guided and coached in technology as and when needed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
  • Experience working in software development organizations for more than 8 years
  • Experience as a Scrum Master for at least two years on a software development team that followed Scrum principles, practices, and theories
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on actions and deliverables
  • Capable of providing solutions that encourage team ownership
  • Know enough about the technical architecture to facilitate discussions, communicate decisions, and identify impediments
Personal Characteristics:
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Multitasking skills; detail-oriented
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A great collaborator
