The Solutions and Market Innovation Group of Philips Innovation campus, Bangalore works with businesses and markets (India, MET, Africa, Japan and APAC) to bring solutions relevant to customers and patients. Our charter is to be the solutions champions in the region and drive Philips journey towards value based care by addressing the Quadruple Aim: Improved Health Outcomes, Improved Patient Experience, Improved Staff Satisfaction and Lower Cost of Care. Our engagements include developing or scaling (localizing) global solutions by generating customer insights (Needseeker mindset), developing clear value proposition, supporting markets in winning large scale projects (LSPs) and creating new business opportunities by leveraging NBX framework. To achieve above we actively engage with customers in Co-Create activities, solutions leaders in the markets, business leaders and the external and internal eco-system.
You are responsible for:
- Maximize the product's value by working with Key Market. Lead the co-creation process.
- Develop a relationship between the development team and key markets to expedite product development.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Work with product management on demos and portfolio inputs
- Research, analyze, and understand the market, the users, and turn that knowledge into achievable requirements.
- Set the vision and direction for the scrum team(s) and stakeholders
- Prioritize the backlog continuously. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work is focused on those with the greatest value that align with product strategy
- Ensure grooming is done on time and ahead of program increments so the scrum team delivers consistently high quality
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Over 13 years of experience with software products in the healthcare industry
- A minimum of five years' experience as a product owner is required
- Exposure to and understanding of Web technologies and UX design standards
- Experience with cloud-based projects will be an advantage
- Investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask to support at least two products simultaneously
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a global team setting with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Inner Source methods of working and content management systems
- Shows a willingness to innovate
- Be a good team player
