- Create and keep up with associations with partners on the outside client and inside business side to get charging and installments experience for Google clients.
- Influence comprehension of client needs, Google's items and frameworks to recognize and proactively address drivers of non-installment, and give progressing meeting and backing to partners on questions identified with Google's approaches and cycles.
- Band together with the Operations Management group and Collections process pinnacle to proactively surface functional criticism and address process holes/issues.
- Advance client reception of cycle changes and new stage contributions to further develop charging and installment experience, and give client criticism to Process and Product Management groups.
- Drive goal on charging and installment issues by investigating issues confronted, understanding underlying driver and interfacing with Finance, Business, and Product groups on driving fast and proficient goal.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in a collection, cash operations, customer service, claims processing, consultative business, account management, or performance solutions role.
- Experience in developing healthy customer partnerships.
- Data extraction, analysis, and reporting experience.
- Experience working in the digital advertising industry.
- Experience working in the Collections/Order-to-Cash/Customer Service space.
- Ability to connect with relevant teams and colleagues seamlessly and proactively to solve problems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
