Scope:

Perform day-to-day safe operations and maintenance activities to achieve operational stability, improvement of equipment and plant conditions, accomplishment of production targets, HSE compliance and production efficiency

Principle duties and responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and productive manner. Immediately report any unsafe work practices.
• Execute equipment maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor (may include PMs, checklists, daily readings, repairs, troubleshooting).
• Acquire proficiency in troubleshooting and quality of work
• Provide supervisor feedback for improving project performance and assist with the completion of PM reports and other documentation
• Monitor mechanical equipment performance, keep daily logs, and follow maintenance schedules and plans
• Support with root cause analysis
• Respond to emergency calls
• Provide spare part management support to the site leadership. This includes tracking inventory counts, minimums, and maximums.
• Provide assistance with equipment and plant operations and troubleshooting
• Maintain equipment and plants in a clean, orderly, and tidy manner
• Follow all HR, Quality, HSE, Code of Business Conduct, and all company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions, and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Job specifications:

• An engineering or technical degree in a related field. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role and environment.
• Certifications in O&M and Waukesha, Caterpillar, Ariel compressors, as well as any other related gas compression and processing equipment
• An ability to converse in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, team player, positive and respectful
• Knowledge of PC tools Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel

Working conditions:

Remote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours, on call after hours
