Job Description:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent practical experience
• Leading multifunctional teams, initiatives, forecasting, cost savings, and customer service metrics
• Supply, demand, or integrated planning experience with a focus on customer service
• Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle or similar platforms

Qualifications preferred:

• Supply Chain Management/Process Improvement certifications (Six Sigma, etc.)
• Knowledge of labor and team schedules, resource loading and management, and value stream mapping
• Experience in finance, change management, strategy, program management, or project management
• An understanding of change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, or business operations
• Being able to create, manage, and lead key performance indicators from both an in-process and output perspective

The job

As a member of the Google Cloud organization, more specifically the Technical Infrastructure team, this role is directly related to Global Server Operations. You will be responsible for working with the Data Center, Logistics, Infrastructure, and unified Fulfillment teams to create seamless partnerships. You will be well versed in constraint management as well as focused on understanding customer requirements and delivering value for the business. The team you lead will focus on integrated planning, inventory excellence, master data support, site level agreements between the connecting organizations, shuttle management, and customer requirements prioritization. Across the various organizations impacting the supply chain, you will connect and drive continuous improvements. Set the vision for customer service excellence and map out the multi-year journey to achieve it.

Accountabilities

• Lead studies/analysis and day-to-day planning within and/or across programs and organizations to determine impacts, constraints, and smoother flow optimization
• Analysis and forecasting initiatives for data center organization, process and execution owner for multiple disciplines and functional areas, establishing lead time requirements, and identifying production constraints
• Support program planning requests for new products, maintenance activities, decommissionings, and other critical business requirements
• Lead, direct, facilitate, and integrate project/program plans and schedules across company functional product groups, suppliers, and partners
• Being the single point of integration for complex business priorities, with a focus on delivering for customers (internal and external).
