(Part 1) Job Specific Accountabilities
- Plan, direct, and supervise all project reporting requirements both internal and external to shareholders. Establishes procedures to standardize reporting. Develops reports by coordinating input from all project subteams and departments.
- Leads all activities related to business planning and performance management in the projects, responsible for planning yearly projects.
- Implements and coordinates Project Risk Management Process, including developing Risk Registers, conducting monthly, quarterly and annual risk assessments, and updating the Risk Register. Responsible for coordinating the Risk Management Process.
- Leads the development of the Project Organizational Plan with the assistance of the Project Departments. Create and implement related project procedures to administer the PMT plan effectively, including documenting, tracking, and managing all approvals of organizational changes.
- Directs and manages the implementation and coordination of Project Management of Change (MOC) procedures, including stewardship of all documentation associated with MOC procedures.
- In coordination with Project Business Interface, develop, review, and provide input to all project documents and presentation materials required for committees.
- Provide input into all project materials required for the VAP Process and for the preparation of Decision Support Packages (DSP).

Plans for Operations
- Develop consistent and realistic long and short term operational plans for the Department based on Division objectives, and ensure they will effectively translate into performance objectives in line with the Division objectives and established service levels.
- Develop and manage the Department's annual budget in accordance with the Division's business objectives and operational plans, ensuring that adequate funding is provided for all Department activities.
- Ensure effective performance and cost control by monitoring expenditures against approved Department budgets on a regular basis; investigate, highlight and reconcile any significant variances.
- Develop and implement appropriate Department policies, procedures, systems, standards, internal control procedures, and Company guidelines to support the execution of the Division's work programs in accordance with Company and International standards.
- Contribute to the development of the Division's KPI's and ensure proper cascade of the Performance objectives within the Department. Establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure delivery of these objectives and promote a performance-driven culture.
- Ensure that the Company Performance Management System implemented in accordance with Company guidelines for individuals within the Department.
- In coordination with the Human Capital department, establish Personal Development Plans (PDPs), Succession Planning, and Talent pipelines within the Department to continuously develop employees with an emphasis on UAE nationals to meet Emiratization targets.
- Assess, develop, and recommend an appropriate organization structure for the Department that will best utilize human capital and incorporate sustainability into the ongoing work practices to meet the business objectives.
- Contribute and support the establishment of an Corporate Integrated Risk Management System within the Department, as well as identify and assess relevant domain risks and implement measures to manage and mitigate those risks.
- Communicate corporate business ethics and the Code of Conduct to employees within the Department and ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines.
- Foster a culture that encourages innovation, enhances employee motivation, and supports initiatives to implement Change Management to continually improve Department operations and services.
- Recommend improvements in internal procedures against best practices in order to increase efficiency in accordance with ISO standards in order to identify intelligent solutions to issues facing the Department.
- Support the establishment and implementation of an HSE culture across the Department in accordance with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
- Ensure that all Department employees receive adequate training and induction to comply with HSE standards.
- Ensure all Department MIS and progress reports are repared to provide accurate and timely information to Company Management so that business can be effectively managed.
