Service Sales Engineer– UAE

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role,
You will be responsible for securing the service business of Building Automation, Security and Access Controls, in line with the financial objectives of the organization. Monitor and analyze service installed base in order to grow service business in all segments; namely Annual Service Contracts, Digital Services & Service Projects/Migration.
Responsibilities:
- To maximize profits, sell services offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to customers with minimal supervision.
- Drive service sales by building long-term partnerships with customers. Listens actively, probes and identifies concerns. Comprehends the needs of customers. Develops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment through technical expertise
- Influences customer strategies in a positive and credible way. Provides competitive, high-quality and timely estimates, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses. Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and closes the deal.
- Liaison with management to monitor and update the installed base of service and to assist in developing strategies by addressing customer requirements and competitive intelligence.
- Adhere to company processes, compliances, and policies with zero tolerance while performing professional duties
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
- Expected degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience selling BMS, security, or ELV systems
- Understanding of HVAC controls and facility management processes used in the construction industry
- Building energy efficiency knowledge
- Interactions with clients of different nationalities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Point presentations
