- Develop and manage all instrumentation and/or medical equipment maintenance and repair, with an emphasis on troubleshooting techniques and long-term goal projections.
- Upgrade and maintain BIOMED and Telephonic equipment by performing calibrations and performance maintenance.
- Monitor all Third Party Logistics (3PL) biomedical equipment reports, Vaxicool reports, Team Service Records, Reports, and Remote Monitoring Equipment Alarm Reports per DSNS SOPs, Desk References (DR), and 3PL Maintenance Contracts.
- Ensure that 100% of DSNS Ventilators are serviced by the equipment manufacturers annually.
- Monitoring of the Sensaphone system via PC and Web based software to ensure program stability and reliability
- Manage, regulate, and coordinate, supplies, equipment, or other medical material designed to respond to a variety of biological, chemical, or radiological agents.
- Test systems to localized and diagnose causes of malfunctions
- Coordinate with locations to validate proper communication channels met requirements (e.g. POTS line)
- Create, manage and maintain equipment maintenance databases and spreadsheets
- 24/7/365, respond to remote monitoring device alerts.
- With the help of phone-based technical experts, perform minor telecommunications system checks.
- Maintain cGMP compliance using an analog phone line test set and a temperature standard thermometer.
- Provide ongoing quality assurance/quality control checks, inventories, and inspections to ensure the medical material stock is rotated, kept within potency shelf-life limits, and that environmental and security conditions are maintained.
