Job Description:

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.

Your responsibilities:
  • Delivers first-line technical support, maintenance, and installation support to our customers, taking ownership and acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilize the service management system to accurately document service records, including diagnostics, resolution & test procedures, and case status.
  • Capturing solutions for knowledge sharing.
  • In real time, the application tracks customer interactions, non-customer interactions, and consumables / return / failures.
  • Accurately records Bench Repair time, non-customer interaction time, parts consumed/ returned/ failures, in real-time via SMax.
  • Focus on First Time Right by ensuring there is a clear action plan, preparation, parts (if necessary), and diagnosis before the onsite visit.
  • Takes action on escalations, complaints (safety / non-safety related) or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure that the information is captured accurately, allowing for timely follow up.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • University degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Experience in field service of at least five years
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment, troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
  • DXR experience is preferred
  • Customer service and communication skills are essential
  • Work both individually and as part of a team
  • It is essential to have a command of Arabic and English at an advanced level
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
