Purpose of this position:
TAs well as providing direct customer service, the individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders within Beck-LS MENA, Beck-LS Service-METAI and Global Tech Support to drive speedy resolution of customer issues and thus improve customer experience. Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner. Ownership of direct communication with distributors and customers concerning resolution and mitigation of customer issues is a core responsibility.

Requirements:
- Field Service experience in Life Science or Diagnostic product/technology or related field.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, or proven track record with Beckman Coulter in areas of core competency (Technical capabilities and Customer service)
- A minimum of three to five years of technical experience with good analytical skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills that are good for interpersonal relationships
