Job Description:

Driver/Helper

Summary:

Complete doorstep deliveries, handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide customer service.

Responsibilities:

Service to Customers

• If necessary, call the customer on the way to get the exact address and inform them of the delivery attempt
• The customer must sign proof of delivery and pay for the goods, if applicable, to complete delivery of the goods
• Being friendly and polite at all times
• When attempting the delivery, you should be well groomed and dressed professionally
• Greeting all customers with a friendly smile at the door
• Taking initiative to solve problems

The security of our systems

• Assume full responsibility for the security of their designated goods and the cash and other valuables they contain
• Being honest and trustworthy at all times and demonstrating the same
• Upon completion of their designated trip, to reimburse the company for any shortages in money as per company policy
• Notify warehouse management of any known security breaches or concerns about the honesty and integrity of colleagues

Description of the person

• Currency and basic product knowledge
• Good command of the English and Arabic languages
