The Supply Chain Planning Team at Johnson & Johnson will ensure that customer expectations are met as a Co-op student. Among the key supply chain metrics that you will be responsible for analyzing is the service level, forecasting error, and inventory value. In collaboration with cross-functional business partners, you will support action plans to address supply chain issues. It will also be your responsibility to start and execute projects that will be vital to the department's success. We are looking for results-driven individuals with proven leadership skills. An ideal candidate has high energy, a passion for their work, is adaptable, customer-focused, and can work independently. Interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills are essential. Furthermore, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills. Finally, you must have the ability to deal with multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic and team oriented environment.
Major responsibilities:
- Support the Supply and Demand Planning teams to improve supply chain performance.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that related systems are maintained and improved.
- Report key performance metrics accurately and frequently with local and international partners.
- Participate in cross-functional and supply chain ad-hoc projects.
- Both undergraduate and graduate students will be challenged by their assignments.
Qualifications:
Education and experience:
- You are in your final two years of a degree program or enrolled in a master's program
- Enrolled in a four-month co-op program that begins September 2021
- Expertise in MS Office software, especially Excel
- SAP/APO knowledge an asset
- BI knowledge is an asset
- Supply Chain Management experience is an asset.
