Job Summary
To provide quality, professional, and profitable after-sales support & service to the Emerson Rosemount customers base in Kuwait & Qatar covering Customers for all Measurement Solutions Analytical Products and Systems including Fire & Gas Detectors, SWAS, Liquid Analyzers, Combustion Analyzers, Continuous Gas Analyzers, CEMS, Process Gas Chromatographs & Radar Tank Gauging systems.
It is advantageous to have experience with Flow and Skid systems.

Job Description
Reporting to the Service Manager North Region –, you will be an experienced Service Engineer, with fantastic technical and customer service skills, and the desire to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity. You will also be comfortable with extensive travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision of installation and commissioning, fault analysis and investigation, and repair of Analytical & Measurement solution products
- Using diagnostic tools and software to assist with installation, commissioning, and on-line fault correction
- Measurement field devices from Emerson can be demonstrated, calibrated, and retrofitted
- Obtaining customer approval for work completed and compiling service reports and time sheets
- Engineering and manufacturing centers in Europe, the USA, and Asia

- Incorporate customer meetings and surveys into the sales process to support sales activities.
- Work with multiple Clients and Local Business Partners.
- Obtain return material authorization for warranty, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Develop a sales strategy and business plan for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- In charge of providing field operations support to customers according to the terms of the customer contract and the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
- Troubleshoot, repair, and service workshop equipment as well as enable hardware and software at the customer's location to the highest standards.
- Daily updating of CRM by following up on Quotes to Orders
- Conducting customer visits and consulting with consultants and end users.
- Assist the assigned region with achieving the budget revenue target and unit sales target.
- Offering timely price quotes, supplying sustainable products, and providing customers with the latest technology.
Basic Qualifications:
- Qualified to a minimum of degree level in an Engineering discipline
- Applicants must have at least 8 years' experience working as a Service or Instrument Engineer in a process control environment, with an emphasis on the commissioning and startup of on-line analyzers, or experience working on competitors' products.
- The ability to operate and maintain online gas, liquid, and chromatographic analyzers
- Be well versed in Emerson analytical products (application, service, & operation)
- Ability to train customers in theory, operation, and maintenance of analyzers
- Communicating effectively is a skill. The ability to speak the English language and Arabic is required.
