Our Pharmaceuticals division in India is a joint venture between Bayer and Zydus Cadila called Bayer Zydus Pharma. The Radiology business in the division sells imaging equipment and contrast agents needed for diagnostic imaging. Our Consumer Health division aims to make self-care for a better life a reality for billions of people through everyday healthcare. Your Tasks And Responsibilities: - Be responsible for Bayer Radiology (devices) and Service initiatives, as well as sales.
- Be responsible and help achieve Bayer Radiology's (devices) and Service's objectives and goals.
- Develop strategies, assist in Service Marketing, and support Product Registration activities at IIDA.
- Develop an efficient service support system for OEMs and customers in India and provide technical, operational, and product training.
- Maintain good communications with Bayer Radiology regional offices, OEMs, and customers.
- Assist customers in resolving problems, updating and upgrading their systems.
- Act as the main contact for Bayer Radiology's Technical Services.
- Evaluation of new products, launch of products, and registration requirements of products
- In order to assist with distribution management.
- In order to upgrade, certify, and update your job, you may attend company-sponsored training.
Who You Are: - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
- At least 6-7 years’ experience in medical device business.
- Service management experience with third-party distributors for 6-7 years.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflict; excellent communication skills.
- Working as a team across functions and focusing on goals.
