Bring your sales expertise to the team and inspire our Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance patient care and outcomes with Medtronic products and therapies (Spinal & Biologics, Intra-operative Neuro monitoring & Neuro-Spine Drill). We will provide you with the training, mentorship, guidance, and networks you need in order to grow and advance. Play a key role in guiding the adoption of MDT Spine therapies by younger surgeons.

A Day in the Life
  • To meet or exceed sales targets, promote and sell Medtronic's products and services in an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing products and services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services
  • Develops and promotes education about the company's products and/or services.
  • Researches the market, including customers and competitors
  • Plan and implement market development strategies and make any necessary adjustments
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders such as R&D, Operations, and Marketing
Must Have – Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science / BE in Biomedical Engineering
  • PG degree in Business Management is preferred
  • Candidates with a diploma or degree from distance education will not be considered for the position
  • A minimum of three to seven years of experience handling a concept selling-based therapy.
  • Interpersonal skills that are exceptional.
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
  • Travel extensively
  • Demonstrated success in a technical equipment sales position
