- To meet or exceed sales targets, promote and sell Medtronic's products and services in an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing products and services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services
- Develops and promotes education about the company's products and/or services.
- Researches the market, including customers and competitors
- Plan and implement market development strategies and make any necessary adjustments
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders such as R&D, Operations, and Marketing
- Bachelor of Science / BE in Biomedical Engineering
- PG degree in Business Management is preferred
- Candidates with a diploma or degree from distance education will not be considered for the position
- A minimum of three to seven years of experience handling a concept selling-based therapy.
- Interpersonal skills that are exceptional.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
- Travel extensively
- Demonstrated success in a technical equipment sales position
- Good verbal communicator and presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentation and "Presence" should be professional
- Has the ability to work independently as well as with others
- Positivity and self-motivation
- Enthusiastic and energetic: friendly and outgoing
- Positivity and the ability to accomplish
- Ability to establish credibility quickly with all levels of customers
- A good time manager is well organized, able to set and reset priorities
