Job Summary
As a Customer Service Engineer/Area Service Manager, you are responsible for servicing and maintaining Diagnostics (Biochemistry,
Hematology and Immunology) instruments to achieve high customer satisfaction in the region
Additionally, she will be responsible for the sale of Reagents.
Essential Function:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently achieving service delivery norms.
- Updating data online, implementing management information systems, and monitoring and controlling
- measurement.
- Track the service contract renewals and ensure they are renewed on time
- Provide customers with proactive quotes for routine spare parts to avoid delays in maintenance
- To ensure timely action, escalate critical issues to the concerned groups.
- Ensure that spares quotes are sent on time and in accordance with quarterly and yearly plans
- Network with peers in Sales, Application, and Marketing to meet customer needs
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Biomedical engineering stream
- Experience in a related field for at least 5 years.
- The ability to handle analytical instruments is a plus
- A reader / washer named Elisa
- Instruments handled:
- Biochemistry (fully & semi-automated)
- Hematology (single / dual channel, 3 / 5 part & higher end)
- Immunoassay analyses
- Elisa Readers / Washers.
