Agoda's Data department is responsible for all data-related requirements. In order to enable and increase the use of data within the company, we need to implement powerful resources, such as operational and analytical databases, queue systems, and data science technology. To tackle this challenge, we hire the brightest minds from around the world and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed while supporting our company's culture of diversity and experimentation. The role of a Data Quality Engineer at Agoda is crucial as plenty of data must have excellent quality to empower any decision. By improving the search experience and protecting our customers against fraudulent activities, we are equally dedicated to our customers. Data is only interesting when there is enough of it, and we have a lot. As part of the Data department, this is what drives the challenge as well as the reward.

Taking advantage of the opportunity

SDETs are responsible for contributing to engineering efforts from design to implementation, solving technical challenges related to developer and engineering productivity, and improving quality control across the entire technology stack. Your primary responsibility would be to ensure quality of the product, but you would also be actively involved in development activities.

You'll Need These Things to Succees

• Participate in the design and implementation process
• Experience in software development and testing for 3+ years
• Expert in one or more of the following languages: Scala, Python, JavaScript
• Experience with testing frameworks
• SQL Solid
• Analytical skills were strong
• Communication and coordination skills in English

• Automated CI/CD systems - Docker, TeamCity, Git
