Taking the lead to manage the negotiation and business relationships development with external Service Supplier companies you build effective and profitable agreements transforming broad concepts into a structured Strategic Services Suppliers Management Program. You are a key player to contribute to the solution design of local/multi-national and multi-partner projects involving Agilent partnership with Service Supplier companies for complex, high impact client agreements.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining business relationships with Service Providers and Service Contractors in defined sub-regions or countries.
  • Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional, sub regional, or country strategies.
  • Review suppliers' performance on a regular basis and involve Service Management as needed.
  • Selection and negotiation of Service Suppliers to ensure the best Service Level Agreement and financial margins.
  • Contribute to the development of sourcing strategies, priorities, and plans for the defined sub regions or countries.
  • Implement a service sourcing strategy to ensure an effective, coherent, and consistent service supplier program.
  • Managing service supplier processes, documents, data, contracts, and exhibits in assigned territory.
  • Work closely with regional and country legal/compliance teams to ensure the Service Suppliers' legal/compliance practices are up to date, communicated, and in place.
  • Contribute to competitive Supplier tender events at all levels of complexity, work with Service Sales and Project Managers, maintain service providers' products and prices.
  • To ensure service providers' information is available to manage customers' calls, work closely with the Customer Contact Center.
  • Ensure good co-operation and collaboration with local Service Managers.
  • The role will involve up to 25 % travelling.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of service business (delivery, suppliers management, etc.) with the ability to fully understand customer needs and the technical skills to meet them.
  • Track record in service management with at least 3-5 years of practical experience
  • Understanding of service and service provider businesses
  • Ability to analyze and act on information to drive results and achieve objectives
  • Listening and understanding client requirements, working across cultures and countries
  • Working experience in a Quality Control and Compliance environment
  • Committed to satisfying the needs of customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Korean and English
  • Leadership skills that enable effective collaboration across functions
  • Working on several projects at once requires multitasking abilities
  • Ensure compliance and drive change
  • Results-oriented and disciplined in execution
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent
