- Responsible for managing and maintaining business relationships with Service Providers and Service Contractors in defined sub-regions or countries.
- Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional, sub regional, or country strategies.
- Review suppliers' performance on a regular basis and involve Service Management as needed.
- Selection and negotiation of Service Suppliers to ensure the best Service Level Agreement and financial margins.
- Contribute to the development of sourcing strategies, priorities, and plans for the defined sub regions or countries.
- Implement a service sourcing strategy to ensure an effective, coherent, and consistent service supplier program.
- Managing service supplier processes, documents, data, contracts, and exhibits in assigned territory.
- Work closely with regional and country legal/compliance teams to ensure the Service Suppliers' legal/compliance practices are up to date, communicated, and in place.
- Contribute to competitive Supplier tender events at all levels of complexity, work with Service Sales and Project Managers, maintain service providers' products and prices.
- To ensure service providers' information is available to manage customers' calls, work closely with the Customer Contact Center.
- Ensure good co-operation and collaboration with local Service Managers.
- The role will involve up to 25 % travelling.
- Knowledge of service business (delivery, suppliers management, etc.) with the ability to fully understand customer needs and the technical skills to meet them.
- Track record in service management with at least 3-5 years of practical experience
- Understanding of service and service provider businesses
- Ability to analyze and act on information to drive results and achieve objectives
- Listening and understanding client requirements, working across cultures and countries
- Working experience in a Quality Control and Compliance environment
- Committed to satisfying the needs of customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Korean and English
- Leadership skills that enable effective collaboration across functions
- Working on several projects at once requires multitasking abilities

- Results-oriented and disciplined in execution
