You are responsible for:
- Managing a team of engineers to implement and service advanced imaging solutions
- Working on the deployment of solutions that require analysis of data or situations as a senior resource
- Reviewing the configuration of systems to make sure the system's performance is viable
- Provide technical support for the delivery of EDI projects as well as post-sale consultation
- Coordinate schedules and requirements for project delivery with project team
- Assuring that key stakeholders have strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Providing independent judgment when resolving customer issues or escalating issues
- Regularly update management on the state of the installed base
- Assuring the completeness of documents for projects and services you are a part of
- End to End Solution Transformation. As part of the Service team, the team will be equipped with technical skills for maintenance services and implementation of Diagnostic & Imaging solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in troubleshooting complex IT technical problems in related industries
- Implementation of IT projects and development of customer solutions
- Ensure that assigned goals are met in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to coordinate service processes with both internal and external team members
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or advanced certifications is definitely an advantage:
- Systems administration (Operating System in Microsoft/Oracle, Virtualization, Database, PACS)
- Data Mining (Database, SQL, Scripting)
- Networks (Routing, Wireless, VPN, Hardware (e.g., routers, switches, etc.)
- Project management experience.
