The Fort Worth factory is currently undergoing a significant production ramp-up to meet growing demand and support new business opportunities. As part of this expansion, the team is seeking an experienced industrial logistics engineer to help optimize material flow, enhance warehouse operations, and integrate new customer requirements into the logistics network. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, efficient, and responsive logistics processes that align with the factory’s growth trajectory. Here you will work in a modern, dynamic factory environment, where we increasingly rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize production processes and drive innovation.

Your will make an impact by:

Optimize Line back Logistics for Efficiency & Productivity:

• Improve Lineside material delivery systems
• Develop Supermarket inventory and replenishment strategies
• Support Vertical Lift Module (VLM) operations and integration

Achieves Significant Cost Savings:

• Implement improved warehouse layouts and material handling strategies lead to more efficient use of space, equipment, and energy

Enhance Supply Chain Resilience and Agility:

• Integrate new customers and product designs into current logistics processes
• Develop logistical systems & processes to adapt for fluctuating demand and disruptions in supply chain

Foster Innovation and Digital Transformation:

• Adopt new technology to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency across all logistical enterprises

Contributes to Sustainability Goals:

• Reduce waste in material handling and inventory management to minimize product damage and obsolescence
• Optimize internal transportation to reduce the need for external movement, leading to lower carbon emissions.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
• 5 -7 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management couple with industrial engineering experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Logistics
• Strong understanding of intra logistics processes, warehouse management systems (WMS), and material handling equipment.
• Experience with automation technologies (PLCs, sensors, robotics, AGVs/AMRs).
• In-depth understanding of inventory control principles, methodologies (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis), and best practices.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
