Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s power grid! We are looking for an Customer Experience Center Coordinator. This position will be based in Wendell, NC. We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused CEC Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests and customers at our CEC. This role blends reception, meeting coordination, and event support, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all guests and internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Reception
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and meeting space.
  • Manage visitor check-in/check-out and uphold security protocols.
  • Stock and maintain refreshments, snacks, and branded materials.

Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, site visits, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Power Academy Learning Coordinator to support training logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation when needed.
  • Ensure all technical and hospitality elements are in place for virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate catering, room setup, and technology needs.

Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Monitor and address office needs such as maintenance requests and supply orders.
  • Track customer feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience: 
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
