- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and meeting space.
- Manage visitor check-in/check-out and uphold security protocols.
- Stock and maintain refreshments, snacks, and branded materials.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, site visits, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Power Academy Learning Coordinator to support training logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation when needed.
- Ensure all technical and hospitality elements are in place for virtual and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate catering, room setup, and technology needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Monitor and address office needs such as maintenance requests and supply orders.
- Track customer feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Professional and responsive via email, chat, phone, and in-person.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professionalism and Attitude
- Maintain a positive, dependable, and accountable demeanor.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and proactive approach to maintaining a pleasant office atmosphere.
- Present a polished and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality communications, materials, and service.
- Remain adaptable and flexible in the face of unfamiliar or changing situations.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, ensuring timely completion of tasks and transparent communication.
