- Lead the definition, documentation, and management of technical and functional requirements for large-scale renewable energy projects.
- Engage directly with clients during the pre-sales phase, analyzing customer needs and shaping winning technical solutions and proposals.
- Translate requirements into actionable system designs and specifications for BESS, PV, Microgrids, and hybrid energy systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses — factoring in regulatory policies, tariffs, and Investment Tax Credits (ITC) to ensure the highest project value.
- Prepare estimates and coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and consultants to align design, cost, and implementation strategies.
- Champion requirement traceability throughout project execution, ensuring technical excellence and successful delivery.
- Support testing, commissioning, and performance verification phases, guaranteeing systems meet and exceed client expectations.
- Be a key technical advisor to the sales and proposal teams, demonstrating Siemens’ leadership in the renewable energy sector.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continually sharpen our competitive edge.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams — engineering, procurement, construction — to drive seamless, successful outcomes.
- Uphold the highest standards for safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility across all project stages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong experience with renewable energy project development (BESS, PV, Microgrids).
- Deep understanding of power systems, energy storage technologies, and grid integration.
- Familiarity with renewable energy financial drivers such as tariffs and ITC.
- Skilled with simulation and design tools (HelioScope, PVSyst, ETAP, MATLAB).
- Excellent communication skills — able to bridge technical details and business strategy across diverse audiences.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and real-world impact.
- PMP, PE licensure, or Siemens tools/software experience are strong pluses.
