Job Description:
Head of High Value Commerce Customer Success Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of 5+ customer success managers
- Lead the team responsible for supporting largest advertisers in adopting + using Shops Ads and other monetized commerce products
- Define and protect team priorities in order to enable team to focus
- Develop deep internal strategic partnerships with key cross-functional stakeholders (product marketing, GBG In Market sales teams, SSO, Product)
- Build and optimize operational processes to ensure team efficiency and expand coverage
- Channel market feedback of the GBG InM segment to Meta’s Shops Ads and MFT Product + Product Marketing teams
- 2+ years people management experience
- BA/BS degree
- Experience working with ambiguity, solving problems, and bringing new ideas to life
- Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, sales, or marketing
- Proven analytical skills to help with making data driven prioritization
- Track record of enrolling diverse cross functional teams towards common goals
- Experience building scalable programs and processes
- Experience with Meta's advertising and commerce products
- Deep industry experience in eCommerce or Digital advertising
- Experience managing account-facing teams to achieving business/sales metrics
